A solution created specifically for one of the most pressured working environments
Technology is a relatively new addition to the hospitality scene, with many restaurants still relying on their tried-and-tested waiter pads and booking diaries. This means that any IT solution brought into a restaurant must integrate smoothly into well-established (and often quite esoteric) working practices.
It was an understanding of this specialisation that drove the creation of QuadraNet EPoS. Whilst a lot of systems are designed for general retail and then shoehorned into a restaurant environment, QuadraNet EPoS was (and continues to be) created and designed by restaurateurs, for restaurateurs, solely with this single market in mind. This level of involvement is critical because, until you've actually stood in front of an irate customer and wished like mad that your till screen had a specific button right there, you cannot understand how demanding this environment can really be.
So we have spent many years putting our system through its paces in the busiest and most successful restaurants in the country, getting behind the bar and into the kitchen ourselves and listening very carefully to the feedback from the people on the floor.
