UPDATE ON CUSTOMER ALERT FOR EPOS USERS
We are continuing to work with our suppliers to resolve the problem with tills caused by a Microsoft Windows update.
EPOS Customers should disable Microsoft Automatic Updates. If you would like a guide on how to disable updates, please call Support.
Unless absolutely necessary, we advise Customers not to restart tills to avoid the risk of updates already installed being activated by a restart.
We will advise you of progress as soon as possible.
